This policy explains which data the app Fenora processes, for what purpose and on what legal basis. Fenora gives you conversation questions – in the app and on your Lock Screen widget.

Fenora stores the following data exclusively on your device and does not transmit it to any server:
There are no user accounts and no sign-in. This data is never transmitted to us. It is removed completely when you delete the app.
To improve the app we collect anonymous usage statistics – for example app launches, which situation was selected, when the paywall was shown, whether a purchase succeeded, whether the widget is installed and whether notifications were allowed. Each event carries a random, non-personal device identifier (Apple's identifierForVendor) and the app version. This identifier is reset when you delete the app and is not linked to advertising IDs or to third parties. No cross-app tracking takes place.
The data is stored with our processor Supabase on servers in the European Union (Ireland). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fenora Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details, name or address. For the statistics described above we only record which product was bought or restored and whether it succeeded – without any personal reference.
If you use the iOS Focus Filter, the operating system writes the selected conversation mode to the app-internal storage on your device (app group user defaults). This information never leaves your device.
The Fenora widget reads the question to display from local app-group storage. No data is transmitted in the process.
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. We do not send push notifications from a server and we do not store a push token.
If you share a question card as an image and choose to save it, iOS asks for permission to add the image to your photo library. Fenora only ever adds images – it cannot read your photos.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. The data described in section 2 is held exclusively on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.
The anonymous usage statistics cannot be attributed to an identified person; we are not able to identify individual users (Art. 11 GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time using the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
